These are the terms for using this website and for any quote or work from Manchester Pest Solutions ("we", "us"). We have kept them short and in plain English; if anything is unclear, ask.
The website
Everything on this site is general guidance about household pests. It is written to help you decide what to do next, not to replace a look at your actual home. We keep it current and date each page, but we cannot promise every point fits your situation.
Feel free to link to our pages. Please do not copy our words or pictures for your own commercial use without asking.
Quotes
Our quotes are free and you are not committed to anything by asking. A quote sets out what we will do, how many visits we expect and what it costs. It is based on what you tell us and what we see on the day; if the job turns out to be bigger or different, we stop, explain and agree any change with you before carrying on.
Visits
We agree a time with you and let you know if we are running late. You agree to give us safe access to the rooms we need, to follow any preparation or aftercare advice, and to tell us about children, pets, allergies or anything else that affects how we should work. Products are used in line with their labels and the industry's stewardship guidance.
Results
Pests depend on their surroundings as much as the treatment. Where follow-up visits or a re-treatment period are included, the quote says so. If we recommend proofing, repairs or changes around the home and they are not done, the result may not last; we will tell you plainly if that is the case.
Paying
Payment terms are on your quote or invoice.
Cancelling
Call or email to move or cancel a visit. If you agreed the work with us at your home or over the phone, you have statutory cancellation rights as a consumer, and we will give you those in writing when the contract is made.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law says cannot be limited. Beyond that, our liability for a job is limited to what you paid for it.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
